I help homeschool and traditional-school students strengthen their writing, reading, and critical thinking skills through personalized online tutoring. My approach is especially effective for bright but overwhelmed learners, including many students with ADHD.

For nearly 30 years, I've helped students develop stronger writing, reading, and critical thinking skills. I work with middle and high school students from both homeschool and traditional-school backgrounds, providing personalized online tutoring in essay writing, reading comprehension, literary analysis, and academic writing.
I believe that struggling with writing doesn't mean a student isn't smart. Often, they simply need an approach that matches how they learn. Through patient support, practical strategies, and a healthy dose of encouragement, I help students move from frustration and overwhelm to confidence and progress.

I view tutoring as a collaborative effort. Students learn more effectively—and enjoy the process—when their interests are integrated into our sessions. In the past, I've tailored lessons to include topics like Minecraft, Disney Princesses, Dungeons and Dragons, astronomy, science, and more!

How Are Lessons Held and What Do You Use?
I tutor online only, using Google Meet, Zoom or Koala Playground.
I use Off2Class, Abridge Academy, Crystal Clear English, Lingua House and ELLI curriculum packages.
I also use The Economist, The Washington Post and ReadWorks to practice reading and writing skills.
What Are Your Rate?
I offer FREE initial consultations to get to know the student, understand their interests, and identify areas of struggle in English. Teaching methods will also be discussed during the initial consultation.
30-Minute Lessons: €25 Per Session
Monthly Payment Options:
1 session/week: €90
2 sessions/week: €170 (Recommended for younger students)
60-Minute Lessons: $50 Per Session
Monthly Payment Options:
1 session/week: €170
2 sessions/week: €320
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
If you need to reschedule a lesson or cancel one, there is absolutely no problem. You are able to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your lesson.
In cases of emergency (medical emergency, car accident, etc.) then a lesson can be rescheduled or cancelled on the same day. Rescheduling will be determined by the tutor.
